Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Sushant Tutorials (a sole proprietorship of Sushant Sudhir Gayawal, Office No 10H, Chaitanya Apartment, 2063 Sadashiv Peth, Pune 411030, Maharashtra, India) for using the ClickReady app and this website. Please read them; by creating an account you accept them.
1. Who can use ClickReady
- ClickReady is for students preparing for JEE Main, NEET UG and MHT-CET, aged 13 or older.
- If you are under 18, use ClickReady with the permission of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and make any purchase. From 13 May 2027 the app asks a parent to confirm this (see Children and parents).
- One account per person. Keep your details accurate, and keep your Google account secure: what happens on your ClickReady account is your responsibility.
2. What you may do with the content
- The questions, solutions, tests, analysis and app design are owned by Sushant Tutorials or used with permission. Previous-year questions belong to the bodies that set those exams and are labelled with the exam and year; their solutions in ClickReady are ours.
- You get a personal, non-transferable right to use ClickReady for your own preparation.
- You may not copy, sell, publish, share or extract the questions or solutions, in bulk or one by one, for any other app, website, book, channel or class.
- You may not take apart, change or get around the app, its test files or its access checks, or use any automated tool to read or use it.
- Do not use ClickReady to harm others, break any law, or pass off another person's results as yours.
3. The free plan and the season pass
- The free plan is free and does not expire. See Pricing for what it includes.
- A season pass is a one-time payment through Google Play for one exam season, or for all three exams. The 2027 pass is valid until 31 May 2027. It does not renew and nothing is charged again.
- Payments are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. Prices include GST.
- Refunds follow our Refunds and cancellation policy, which does not limit your rights under consumer law.
4. Scores, estimates and our questions
- ClickReady helps you practise. It does not promise any rank, percentile, score, admission or selection in any exam.
- The rank and percentile shown after a full mock are estimates from past years' published data. Your real result depends on the actual exam and on everyone who takes it.
- Test screens are modelled on each exam's computer-based test so you can practise the format. The real exam's screen, rules and timing are set by the exam body and may differ; follow the official instructions on exam day.
- Before a question is published, an independent AI checker that has not seen the answer key solves it, and the question goes out only if the answers agree. Mistakes can still happen. Use "Report a problem with this question" on any solution. If an answer key was wrong, we correct it and re-score affected tests.
5. The service
- Downloaded tests work offline. Signing in, downloading tests, purchases and syncing results need the internet.
- We add, change and retire tests during the season. If we change the app in a way that takes away something a pass holder paid for, we offer a refund under the refund policy.
- We may suspend an account that breaks section 2, after telling you why by email and giving you a chance to respond, except where the law or an urgent risk to others requires immediate action.
- You can stop using ClickReady and delete your account at any time (Delete my account).
6. Responsibility
- We provide ClickReady with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as network or device failures.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with ClickReady is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy and Your data rights.
8. Complaints and disputes
- Write to us first: support@clickready.in, or the Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.
- You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in) or a consumer commission.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer law to approach the commission where you live, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these terms
We post any change here with a new version date. If a change is significant, the app tells you at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then, and a pass bought in the 30 days before the notice is refunded.
