Your data rights
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over the personal data we hold about you. Here is how to use each one. None of them costs anything.

| See your data: a summary of the personal data we hold, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with | Your profile and every result are in the app. For the full summary, email grievance@clickready.in. |
| Correct or update it | Change your name, exam, year or age group in Profile. For anything else, email us. |
| Erase it | Profile, Delete my account, in the app, or Delete my account on this site. Some purchase records stay for tax law, without your name, email or number. |
| Withdraw consent | Switch off "Calls from Sushant Tutorials" or usage statistics in Profile. Calls stop within 48 hours. |
| Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act | Email us with the nominee's name, relationship and contact details. |
| Complain | Write to our Grievance Officer. If you are not satisfied, you may then complain to the Data Protection Board of India. |
How we handle a request
- Send it from the email address on your account. If it comes from elsewhere, we confirm it with that address first, so nobody else can see or delete your data.
- A parent may make these requests for a child under 18 (see Children and parents).
- We acknowledge within 48 hours and complete the request within one month, and never later than 90 days.
- If we cannot do what you ask, for example because tax law requires a record to be kept, we say why.
